Do I have to order off the menu?
Not at all. We can make just about anything — tell us what you're envisioning and we'll make it work.
Can you make foods with gluten in them?
We can, but we prefer not to. Accommodating gluten would require us to maintain separate cooking and storage setups. Reach out and we'll talk through your needs.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We prefer at least 72 hours, but we can work with shorter timelines for an additional charge. The sooner you reach out, the better.
Do you offer staffed catering?
Yes — for an additional charge. Let us know in the form and we'll include it in your quote.
Can you bring the food trailer to our event?
Not at this time. The trailer serves as the active kitchen for Elixir VI, so it stays on-site. All catering is prepared and delivered separately.
